Chief Judge Beryl Alaine Howell is the Chief United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Judge Howell was a federal judge supervising the grand jury for special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections a completely made-up hoax. So you already know Judge Howell is corrupt as hell.
Judge Howell was nominated by Obama.
On Thursday Chief Judge Howell sentenced January 6 defendant Brian Stenz to 14 days incarceration, 3 years of probation, 2 months of home confinement, and $3,000 in fines.
Judge Howell said she put Stenz on extended probation to cover the next two election cycles.

Brian Stenz was charged with walking into the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. He committed no violence and had NO IDEA that he was trespassing. This was a misdemeanor.
Judge Howell is a very bad person.
Howell is also ordering Stenz to pay a $2,500 fine, in addition to the $500 in restitution that he agreed to as part of his plea deal (what all Jan. 6 misdemeanor plea deals include)
