Joe Biden on Wednesday called Russian President Vladimir Putin a “war criminal” for the first time publicly in an outburst to reporters.
“I think he is a war criminal,” Biden told reporters after delivering remarks at an event celebrating the reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act.
Vladimir Putin is openly threatening the West with nukes and Biden, who is clearly cognitively challenged, just escalated tensions by publicly calling the Russian President a “war criminal.”
Biden had previously avoided publicly calling Putin a war criminal, however on Wednesday he blurted it out to reporters before being ushered away by his handlers.
