Democrat Terry McAuliffe delivered a short speech on Tuesday night after Republican Youngkin was projected to win the Virginia governor’s race.
McAuliffe refused to concede the race because he’s trying to steal the race through Fairfax County.
“We’re gonna continue to count the votes,” McAuliffe said.
